The meeting agenda includes review and approval of the 2020 Annual Meeting Minutes and the election of members of the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the Merchants Exchange Bylaws- Article 3, Section 3, the following is the proposed slate of individuals to fill open positions on the Board of Directors.

Agent: Chris Cummins, General Steamship Co.

Grain: Earl Dixon, United Grain Corporation

Non-Member: Roger Hsieh, BNSF Railway

Tug & Barge: Geoff Doerfler, Tidewater Transportation and Terminals

All Merchants Exchange members are asked to submit a signed proxy form for their organization no later than Monday, February 15th for quorum purposes.
